Perfect for the homeowner with furniture & accessories worthy of showing off.  With these packages, we will come in and meet with you and your Realtor to develop a home that shows well to home buyers.  Looking at your home as a buyer, we will make the adjustments to highlight your home’s strengths and create a positive first impression.

Packages:

• The Cottage ( up to 1,500 sq. ft.)
• The Suburban (up to 3,000 sq. ft.)
• The Family Estate (3,250 to 5,500 sq. ft.)

This customizable solution is for the home that needs more than an expert eye.  We meet with you and your Realtor to find out who your ideal buyer is and then find the furniture & accessories to perfectly appeal to them.  An estimate for services and rental fees will then be provided.
